The Final level is the culmination of the CMA course. It covers advanced and specialized topics in cost and management accounting, preparing students for a successful career in the field.

Subjects

Corporate and Economic Laws:
This paper covers various corporate and economic laws, including the Companies Act, 2013, the Competition Act, 2002, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and economic laws related to business operations.
Strategic Financial Management:
This paper covers advanced financial management concepts, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, risk management, and financial derivatives.
Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation:
This paper covers advanced income tax laws, including international taxation principles, tax treaties, and transfer pricing.
Strategic Cost Management:
This paper covers strategic cost management techniques, including target costing, life cycle costing, and environmental cost management.
Cost and Management Audit:
This paper covers the principles and practices of cost and management audit, including internal audit, operational audit, and management audit.
Corporate Financial Reporting:
This paper covers advanced corporate financial reporting concepts, including Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), international financial reporting standards (IFRS), and financial statement analysis.
Indirect Tax Laws and Practice:
This paper covers advanced indirect tax laws, including GST, customs duty, and excise duty.

Elective Papers: Students can choose one elective paper from the following options:

Eligibility Criteria

Passed the Intermediate Course of ICMAI.

Registration Deadlines

For June Term Examination: Apply before January 31 of the same year.

For December Term Examination: Apply before July 31 of the same year.

Registration Process

Online Registration:

1. Visit the ICMAI Online Admission Portal.

2. Select the Final Course and complete the registration form.

3. Upload the necessary documents.

4. Pay the requisite fee online.

Offline Registration:

1. Obtain the application form from the respective Regional Council or Chapter.

2. Submit the filled form along with relevant documents and fees to the Regional Council/Chapter.

Required Documents

Attested copy of Intermediate Pass Certificate.

Three passport-sized photographs (one pasted on the application form, one on the identity card, and one attached separately).
